In this lesson, we emphasize the crucial role of education in addressing global environmental challenges. Our project is grounded in the belief that as language school stakeholders, we can play a pivotal role in educating our students about critical issues like climate change, biodiversity loss, and pollution. Chapter 5. 'Integrating environmental topics in your course programme' explores how language schools can contribute to environmental education by introducing topics and discussions related to sustainability into the classroom. We also consider the development of specific issues that cater to learners of different language proficiency levels.
